Shipping & Policies

BelaFabrica Ships Worldwide.

All packages are shipped to the address provided via PayPal. If you have mistakenly written a wrong address during checkout, please contact me as soon as possible.

Shipping Mode:
Your order will be shipped by DHL Express service. You will receive a tracking number and your parcel can be tracked on the DHL website.

Shipping Time:
3-4 business days to USA.
3-5 business days to other countries.
A tracking number will be provided and your item can be tracked online. If your parcel has not reached you after 10 business days, please send me a message and I will start an investigation with the postal service.

Shipping Information:
Shipping costs vary throughout the world. For more detailed shipping information please contact me.

Customs Charges and Delays:
For some products, there may be customs charges, depending on your country. All the customs charges will be paid by the customer. Your parcel could also be delayed if held up at Customs in your country. I expect my customers to understand the cross-border shipping delays if any happens.

General Returns/Refunds:
Due to the delicate nature of my pieces, all items are final sale. Therefore general returns/refunds of pieces sold are not accepted. All pieces are completely hand crafted and therefore there can be slight differences in the designs. Please choose your items carefully and read the descriptions provided prior to purchase.

Exchanges will be done only if the item is damaged upon arrival. Please contact me within 7 days of arrival of the package with pictures of your damaged package and item so I can start an investigation with the postal service.
The customer will have to return the item to me after which I will design another item(same design) and send it to the customer.
The buyer has to pay for the return shipping.

Custom Orders:
Throughout the designing process, there will be pictures clicked and sent to the customer. After the final approval has taken place the piece gets shipped.
Custom orders are final! There will be no exchanges/refunds/returns because they are specially designed for that customer.

Please Note:
All Custom orders have been split into Deposit and Reserved listings. Deposit amount is non-refundable.
Once the item has been shipped, the Reserved amount will be non-refundable as well.
